My experience was excellent, the driver was very friendly arrived on time and didn't mind waiting for me to clock out at shift ending. The drive time was not too slow and safety was observed. It couldn't have been any better if I were driving myself. The app has too many ads. Instead of allowing to put my destination in where I was going at the time, it kept putting in a past trip. It was really irritating. If I wanted rental car information I wouldn't have need Uber services.

Tried to book a ride from the airport today, the app would show me available cars/times but every time I hit the confirmation screen/button the app just closed. It was working fine earlier in the day. To fix the issue I tried rebooting my phone, I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app but the app kept closing at the same point. I ended up finding a yellow cab. Now I have no confidence at all that the next time I need to book a Uber the app is going to work !!

Had an unpleasant experience with the uber app. It put me in a loop which required a half hour notice and there was no way of getting around it. I called Uber support which was a driver lying and they couldn't help me out they couldn't give me a number to call to get uber's. Help!! . My idea that worked was to delete the app reinstall it and that seemed to work.. Although though I had 2 drivers pick me up. One and a 1/2 hour after the other.
