a lot of wonderful people driving for Uber in my area! my rating is not because of them. the app consistently shows a $0 tip in my account, even though i tip on the automatic pop-up screen after completing a ride. so, naturally i leave a tip again, but now i'm charged twice for a tip. there's no easy way to contact Uber, and even when i finally hear back via email, they are unwilling to work toward finding solutions. also drivers, quit it with the strong air fresheners!

Wouldn't let me enter location going to x 5...so gave up... And as usual, whenever I find an opportunity to rate the UberApp, It's right after about experience. I really enjoyed my driver and wanted to give them five stars and a tip. I was sent two email notices on which to click on to be able to do this. each time I did the screen would accept my input but would not accept The submit button. It was frozen so I had to use the app to finish instead of the link in the email...

Not possible to schedule a ride!!! Added 2 credit cards with all info, but they show me an error 'to keep your account safe, we need to verify your _card_' when I schedule a ride. After closing the error, nothing happens... How you are gonna verify it and when I can start using the app to schedule a ride?? Moreover, adding cards is too buggy. I had to repeat adding it several time, as the added card is not shown anywhere in the app, it's just not saved right... Very bad UX.
