Looks like Uber is allowing its drivers to become more arrogant. It has forgotten the fact that Customer is the king. Let me explain my experience..I usually take Uber near Toluca(Mexico) airport. Nowadays Uber drivers accept my request but never come to pick up. They force me to cancel and take the cancellation fee. I then write to Uber for payment refund. This has become a usual ordeal. Some of the drivers call me and ask for destination. If it is not suitable for them they don't turn up. Hence my friends and I have switched to traditional Call taxi which is more reliable. Old is gold. Uber sucks. What is the point in focusing on designing good apps but forget basic customer service...
I have to track the driver every time I order a service in order to make sure he goes the right way to the address because the in app navigation sucks, always sends the driver to nonexistent roads. Also I have added some family to my account so they can use the service using my cc, but they can't, always giving them error about Uber not being available in their area (which is the same as mine)
Always being over charge and when it's time to dispute there's always a problem so F**** annoying. I need customer service number let me cuss them out
Can you stop profiling customers already? I can see drastically different pricing for areas in near vicinity. Also, why can't I see the new Budget option? The app is updated.
I used first time today, waited until they were 30 minutes late and called and the dispatcher tried to bs me and said i never arranged a ride. Finally a ride showed up 45 minutes late and driver was great. Uber needs to get it together and stop forgerting to pick up customers. Luckily my appointment was understanding because it was a very important meeting. If Uber doesn't stop blaming their mistakes on customers, Uber is doomed. I do believe in second chances but I better not get double charged or I will not be happy about that. Customers are your most valuable asset! You also need to give customers a receipt to validate you are not double charging or screwing the customer. At this point I am thouroughly disappointed with your fly-by-night tactics.
Zero professionalism. Pathetic cars. Careem is way better. I don't mind spending the extra buck for a better service.
