Adding payment details Hello Team, When I am trying to add to add my another card to payment details it says this card is associated with another account. My brother when he visited India last month might have used it, now please help me adding this card details here and if any outstanding balance I will pay it. There is no customer care number or email support to contact Uber team please help me out with it.
New update is sleek & look modern but tricks the users 1. It does not show the surge price details. The earlier versions used to show the exact surge like 1.5 etc but the new version just says that the fares are high. Even if you deep dive into details, you cannot see the exact surge value. 2. You cannot share details of the ride with a friend the way you like. When share details is clicked, you get the contact list in your phone. You can only select a contact and uber does the rest. You cannot share the ride details via whatsapp or email like before.
Registration goof up I wanted to check out the app and the services basis word of mouth feedback being pretty decent. I successfully installed the app and for registration it only asked my name, mobile number & Nothing Else! Later in the settings page I saw that no email id was registered and so I thought I would do that, but couldn't since it asked for a password- which I didn't get a chance to set also. Tried checking with customer care on what could be done but standard response was I need to send any comn from regis emailid
good but there is an issue that i had face twice. after acceptence if driver does not come to my location and does not show moving on map or moving some other direction.then i hove only one option to cancell the trip.but when i cancell the trip it charged me.why i pay when its not my foult. please give some option to call ubar in app during such problum.
Great service, however... Great service. The drivers are always nice and the cars are well kept. However, you need to update your GPS system. Everytime I request a cab the GPS system makes the drivers pass my block to the next community over so I have to always call or text the driver to let them know that their GPS is taking them the wrong direction. At the same time it should be common sense. They're looking for a block but never question why they have to pass the block they're looking for to get the client. Please fix it.
Not able to make payment through card After the trip, money does not get deducted nor am I getting any window for making any payments till I book cab the next time. Since many days I am not able to make card payments, though for other cab operators I am able to do so. I am very happy with cab services, but your app needs a lot of improvement. Thank you !!
