BAD EXPERIENCE..! Hey UBER, do you know that your riders/driver always ask where we gonna go/our destination, and if thats not meet what they want (like its to far for them or to cheap), definately they will cancel it cause they said they will not meet any concequences from uber, the driver/rider will accept any request, cause if they not, there will be a consequences from UBER, but not if they cancel it after accept it..so this is your weekness in your system,they are playing catch and hide with you UBER, so please fix the system, cause it make me want to unintall your apps an not recomend to anyone, so put a consequences if the rider/driver and or costumer cancel the trip..otherwise uber ride/ will be a history in Indonesia... And dont ever put ratting on us as a customer, cause we are who should do that to your rider/driver..
I am using uber for last more than one year but from last few months it's pathetic because they are charging me cancellation amount of which I haven't cancelled the ride the driver cancelled and they are not responding on my request so now I don't want to use UBER
Useless app drivers are untrained very unprofessional so waste app bihari drivers are appointed who dont know where they have to go i would have rated minus stars but thats not a option here
Stupid app, took a pool ride, and after 15 mins of travelling reached the same pickup spot twice because of a match. So basically I was just going round and round.
I booked the cab on 12 jan 2018 for borivali west,I selected pickup location was hotel sahara star (outside airport) fare was 282,as my ride got complete driver ask me to pay 382,I didn't argue with him I paid the amount when I check the summary it shown me toll charges 100,if my pickup was from hotel sahara star how can you charge 100 toll charges,even you can clarify from he picked me from outside of hotel n I ask the driver he have change of 500 he said yes he have n what's the fare appearing on the uber application I info the same 282,Charges are incorrect I want a reversal for the same.
Very poor customer care support. I was a regular user but for last two weeks I am facing login issue. Have filled customer support form twice, but no solution
