Lousy app/service, that misleads people about the price they are actually paying. On one of my rides, my final fare was increased despite the fact that I booked my ride before the surge but I still ended up paying the surge price. What kind of service is this where the fare is not fixed at time of booking?
24/7/365 on surge. You may hide the "surge" word, but that doesn't take away the fact that fares are PERPETUALLY higher due to "increased demand". Whether it's 6am, 3pm, or any other low usage hour, prices are always high due to so called increased demand. The day there's a worthy competitor (which will be soon), gonna drop Uber like a hot potato.
Unfair pricing in the name of Surge due to High demand is an unethical business with customers. Further the app neither show the dynamic status of moving cab during trip nor shows the traffic congestion of the route. Very poor performance of UBER
worst service. I used to book cab on 10.07.2017. I confirmed booking, but immediately I have cancelled the booking. When I tried to book cab on 17.07.2017, pending amount of Rs 84 is showing. Because I need urgent taxi at that time, so I paid the outstanding amount. But one thing I want to ask you that when I have not doing journey, then what type of charges you have taken. This is worst service, I have ever seen.
In the past few years, Uber service has plummeted like anything. There have been frequent cases of customer harassment by the drivers, which makes me presume that there are hardly any background checks done on the drivers. Drivers behave arrogantly when advised to take a shorter route. Most of the times drivers will refuse to take the route suggested by the customer, even when it's at the cost of the customer's safety and convenience. The drivers should be taught manners and provided lessons and tests on navigation using maps.
worst app , high pricing than other cabs like ola and worst customer support..you can say no support available here I said to deactivate my account 5times still they are repeating my question and asking answers. Payment using cards are not getting accepted dont know the reason for that even customer support doest tell me the problem instead suggest me to use cash and when I ask to delete my account they simply ask same question again and again whithout deleting the account
