Ratings and reviews

While the driver and ride were great. There was trouble with the Split Pay working at all for me. Every time I would tap accept Split Pay, it wouldn't go through. It just would re-send the invite I got, asking if I wanted to Split Pay again. Every time I went back onto the homescreen or heck even when I just a waited awhile it would pop back up. I would love to give a higher rating, but this bug of not being able to do split pay is horrible to deal with, especially the fact I want to help pay.

Too many drivers accept and then cancel your ride... Thus forcing you to wait longer and possibly arrive to your destination late. Also, not the most competitive rates. There also needs to be a direct method of contact that's easily accessible for general issues as opposed to the specific ones they have listed. I like that you're able to share your trip with others, rate the drivers, and have many options in various countries.

I was reassigned 4 times different drivers today. Wait time collectively was half an hour. An accident or something caused the issue, no notice or communication. Several months ago, I had the same issue and I was late. No one to report it to. Also, many times, drivers are directed to go the long way around by the app without regard to the distance of the trip or the urgency of timeliness for the passenger or cost of gas for driver. This is not the driver's fault. Its an ongoing Uber app issue.
