Ratings and reviews

Most of the time, the app sends you to the back of buildings, which have no way to get to the front of building, so they need to update their map instructions. It also says that it takes into consideration traffic/wait times at restaurants. But I feel it really doesn't. I constantly get low ball offers (2.32 for 12 miles) New incentives on the weekends. That go from p to a the next day. I like those incentives, those are very nice. Thank you for that. But it is better than door dash and lyft.

The pay is better than Doordash, but that's not saying much. My main irk is having to have the "display over other apps" option on. If you don't, the pop up won't appear, and you'll miss the order every time trying to get the app open. BUT that means that friggin floating widget stays on and I click it ALL THE TIME while on my phone doing other things. I loathe it. The navigation isnt great either. Not being able to have it and the app available is a bit of a hassle.

Firstly, having no in-app navigation is just annoying and switching backnforth is...ugh! I really wish there was a big update with integrated navigation (for bicyclists like myself it would be a major help) and better UI. Another flaw I've noticed is lack of native keyboard support. For example, I was once in a pinch trying to chat with Support and had no auto-complete nor text correction through my keyboard. This resulted in me having to correct and resend messages, wasting precious time. 🙄
