It has got better. They're shifting focus in the right direction, but still need some work. EDIT: Getting worse again, the driver destination is malfunctioning daily, sending me far off of my path. Also the amount of destination trips went from 6 back to 2, and that is very frustrating.
@ubersupport , @uberghana kindly review the credit card info we need to provide. How can a full cash system be expected to pay Uber thru the bank? Allow cash to paid at vantage point or kiosk, or allow cash to be paid directly into Uber account in Ghana with special generated tokens. Also if percentage is not being reduced part of the amount owed can be paid thru the cash system to enable partners to also balance other expenses like maintenance, car washing , airtime and data and daily petty cash expenses to run a business. Constantly returns errors and it's very difficult to contact Uber for help. There is also no phone icon on the help screen as they claim. Good luck finding a number to call when you need help. Edit: some issues fixed but a huge pain in the ass
The app is constantly frozen and I can't work.I am using a Huawei p8lite(2015). I have tried different solutions but nothing helped. Even the people at the office of Uber here is Amsterdam had no idea how to help.
Rating system is not fare. UBER push all drivers in trouble and stress when rud riders giving bad feedback to drivers without any reason or just for fun. UBER should think about their drivers too. Costumers are important but drivers much more. Please change rating system to fare
It's ridiculous!! App says to contact support but the hyperlink is broken and I cannot get in contact with any driver customer care. It's been an hour and a half of searching the web, in app and calling every contact number, yet no help. I simply want to update my phone number and my address. Can I get any help??
