It has got better. They're shifting focus in the right direction, but still need some work. EDIT: Getting worse again, the driver destination is malfunctioning daily, sending me far off of my path. Also the amount of destination trips went from 6 back to 2, and that is very frustrating.
The instant pay software is horrible. We pay a fee to have our earnings right away. Due to the software a lot of times it will transfer the money to your checking account and it takes 2-5 days. Horrible experience we have plans they destroyed my weekend plan now I can't buy the IPhone X. When I call I was answered by an agent all the way in Philippine she had no clue repeating the same message over and over. Where do the fees go .50 cent × 2 million drivers that's a One million dollars of side income for Uber+booking fee+safety fee. We deserve better treatment!
No Tip Button Lyft has the ability to tip on the app. Why not Uber? People don't carry cash anymore and why should they?

If uber doesn't self centered they don't just fire drivers for nothing, they don't put the the drivers in car lease and then fire them.
