Ratings and reviews

Some good, some terrible. I know it's getting better, but now the speed limit keeps changing to 30 MPH when it's not that. Also, I have to keep closing the app down and restarting it because the map freezes. Tried getting in touch with Support, but I can't get past the stupid AI system to get to a real person. Oh, and there are more than a few times that the app takes you to the wrong entrance, house, or will take the longest way possible which adds to our cost, but not our pay.

How is it that with EVERY UPDATE this app gets worse! 1st, there's the forced overlay. 2nd, the limited ability to change routes without the app notifying/warning you about it every 2 minutes. Then the ride select feature keeps reverting to a default of accepting every type of ride (I'm only doing XL) without the driver knowing. Which, in turn, we're punished for my not accepting something that wasn't selected/that we didn't want in the first place.

I used the app for a year so I could be home more as my career requires me to travel. NOT WORTH IT. These issues have been consistent. Graphs and heat maps are inaccurate. Surge prices are not accurately paid out. navigation is delayed. The app will malfunction and customer support just says, "Uninstall and reinstall the app... DURING THE TRIP. If you reject a trip in radar, it will often match it to you anyway. When the app malfunctions and your rates go down, support offers no assistance.
