App is good but service is bad. The app is easy to use but the odds of you getting your order correct is 50-50. I have used it for McDonald's and I have half the time got what I ordered. Why have the full menu when they don't receive the correct order. Even the receipt that comes with it will have half the order correct but the email and app shows what I actually ordered. I am no longer going to use the app since there is something wrong with the information transfer. I'll go back to GrubHub.
First their menu classified is pathetic. They have the non veg burger section and under it chicken stripes. Like how is that understandable? Aren't you supposed to segregate it? I ended up ordering just chicken pieces instead of chicken burger. Also they took almost 50 mins to deliver. Please see to this and also fix you menu segregation. Very disappointed
No tip option for the good drivers, and sometimes drivers are rude, late and don't check order for correct food. I have worked as a delivery driver and there is no excuse for rudeness or laziness. Needs a tipping option. EDIT: added tipping and of course it's a terrible interface. Press the submit button to go to the next page? NO that's how you finalize and can't tip anymore. Can't start the app. I hav Uber acct and want to log-in with my Uber acct but forgot my password. Kept clicking the "forgot password?" option but the app did not respond. Wanted to contact ubereats on this issue but it didn't even give me the option to do so as my only option at the start screen was only 1) log in 2) register.... Therefore I tried to register a new acc. Lo and behold, system says my email was being registered already... Really don't know wat to do next....
I regularly use at least once a week and have had 3 orders now that have been messed up. I did get refunds for them, but is more trouble than it's worth. Will probably go back to Menulog since I've never had issues with them in the past.
Worst app ever. Just I asked a query to resolve my payment verification, in return they emailed me that my account is blocked since I violated their terms and conditions. I asked to advise what I did to which they replied no information available but can't revoked my account. What kind of service is this??? Activate my account than I might think to rate again.
