Delivery is unacceptably slow with unrealistic delivery guarantees. I made an order today at 11:36, with delivery time projected for 12:04. For the next half hour, the delivery was pushed back several times until it was cancelled at 12:40. It doesn't make sense that the initial estimation was so optimistic, and it's irresponsible that an order is cancelled an hour into the order - what does this mean for both the restaurant that has prepared the order, and the customer waiting for the order to arrive? I will not be ordering with Uber Eats again in the future.
Terrible customer service! I inadvertently submitted my order before all items were added to it. I could not alter it and in order to get the additional items I had to place a second order which meant a second delivery charge. Both orders were delivered by the same driver...but Uber Eats insisted that they would not refund the fee for the second order. If a second driver had made a second delivery I would understand. But in this case with a single driver delivering both orders...yeah...never using them again. Uber Eats is as bad as Uber rider service.
Uber cheated me. I paid completely for my order but the delivery guy only updated partial amount and hence its showing payment outstanding. Also they used up all my Uber credit even though I did not apply it to this order. They don't have customer service number. Plz call me back and resolve the issue immediately.
I just tried to place an order. It had me put in all my information, including for my card, then instantly I was kicked out of the app. I tried to log back in but I got a message saying my account was disabled. There's no help line. Nothing you can call or email to get a direct/immidiate response. I will not be using this app again, and now I'm worried it's some kind of scam that just wanted my information. Don't even bother downloading.
Tried it several times. Delivery estimates were never accurate-it always took 10-15 mins longer than mentioned. Sometimes even more. Twice I received cold food. Always but once there were items missing from my order yet I was charged for the full order. Not to mention without the missing items order was at very least not tasty. Uber said they will feed back to he restaurant so this never happen again. And it happened. They are not willing to assist. I am considering chargeback-not for the sake of £10 but to make sure that Uber sees that things are wrong with their product.
Getting Error verifying payment profile message on checkout. If I am hungry I would not waste my time into these technical issues in the app. Lot of problems in payment. Pathetic from such a big company. No call support as well.
