Very good app for those days when you just don't have time to leave work or school to grab something to eat. However could be a bit pricey depending on where you order from, because you have to pay the cost of your meal plus delivery fee. I personally never paid less than $5 for delivery fee. It's easy to spend $20. Another good thing is your food come straight to you since uber drivers are not allowed to pick up more than 1 order at a time. Your food arrives hot!!

Trying to order and it's not working what so ever. Got an email after over an hour later FROM Uber eats telling me that my problem is handled by a different team?? Hello, I'm trying to order dinner for me and my son.. wth is going on everything is verified and it "cannot complete order"

The app is very easy to use, and I've been using it for a while now. It's as simple as ordering pizza, but you have a variety of foods to choose from depending on where you are located. The only thing is that I am unable to place orders from different places if I'm ordering with people. (i.e. Some of us want Chinese or Mediterranean and others want Mexican ) I'd have to wait for the order to be delivered from one place in order to place one for another place. I'm the only one with a smartphone, too, so they can't order for themselves essentially. Either way, it is still a great app!

Downloaded and all I could do was log in and put in my address. Once I did that it said no one was near by. Couldn't view what food was available or delete my address or anything!!! Wth is going on?? Was going to give this a go but I guess I won't be now seeing as nothing is working!!!!

Very first time I ordered it told me the food was coming, then about 10 minutes before it was supposed to show up, it said the order cannot be completed. Why tell me the food is on the way?? Trash app, do not recommend.

Pure waste of time. The only thing it did was try to get my credit card information and lotion. Then it said we are not in your city. The worst part is there are no settings for me to change or delet my billing or loctio ; in addition to the fact it never mentioned a restaurant. This felt more like a scam.

It took two hours to get food delivered that was fifteen minutes away!! The delivery guy couldn't see my address on the app. He said the app wasn't working properly and that he tried contacting support. Nice delivery guy but the app BLOWS
Awkward UI. Can't order from multiple stores at the same time and hard to remove products quickly. Can't view cart and products at the same time, plus lots of places don't charge delivery if you use them directly. No consistency in photos and sizing of orders from eateries. Also been told more than once to pick up from the road as the driver can't leave his car - not why a disabled family with a young kid use delivery services!
Awful service via the app itself. Frequently lagged and wouldn't update causing it to shut down. Plus it wouldn't register the coupon they gave me. Not a fan, I won't be using this app any time soon.
Worst service ever. Ordered my food two hours ago and the location is less than a km away. As I type right now, still no delivery. The driver seems to be in some foreign location.
Worst service ever!!!! I made my order after a long day of work and i'm starving, the get the order and says it'll take leas than 30min to get then after 50min they say the cannot fullfil the order.. Then i call support and they resolve it with "I'm sorry" really??? This is the worst service ever
Installed for the first time and the restaurant cancelled after an hour waiting for the order - right after all the restaurants closed. Abysmal business model - the food was not 'being processed' as claimed on the app.
In Boston 50% of the drivers that went through the background check ended up being criminals do you want these people delivering your food no thanks
I cant use it. I'm not able to get out of the first screen. All I can do is put my address. I'm not able to set a time on my Galaxy 7. Please update App!
Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for my food and the driver hadn't delivered. The time that was tracked just kept getting extended

Booking fee and no tip feature make this a last resort but works ok otherwise.

It's great until the restaurants screw up your order you might get a refund but still doesn't help the fact that your still hungry lol 2nd time in a row with an hour the last time and over an hour on this one ill say again....still hungry guess it pizza and a fight for a refund...yay

Delivery is terrible!! Evidently the driver's can't read or follow instructions...even when they call you!
If something goes wrong there is no way to get customer service.
Many many options to choose from and, so far, the ordering and delivery experience has been great. It's great to be able to track your food from the restaurant's kitchen to my table.
