This is awesome. I spend a lot of time in the hospital and everyone knows hospital food is disgusting. This app allows me to eat at some of my favorite places while discovering new ones. And I have not yet had a problem that the company has not fixed. I think I order from this place almost every day in the hospital. And sometimes a couple of times a day. LOL
Awesome app this is! Online ordering made simple with local restaurant menus & pricing right there. They even give you an estimated delivery window. The only downfall is it's not yet available where I live...
Although the delivery is slightly expensive, this app has served me well for almost 6 months now. It's worth using if you are trying to get a lot of food delivered to feed multiple people.
Ordered food and then got a message saying my order was canceled. No explanation. Tried again to order, this time from a different restaurant. The app crashed after I'd chosen the food. Useless.
Delivery used to be free, now 3 bucks, or even 6 bucks during peak hours. Delivery is totally not prioritised. There was once I ordered together with my friend for the same store on 2 different devices, with me submitting my order first. Guess what? Both orders were prepared but mine came last, and turned out my soup that was ordered turned cold. Also, referral incentives was reduced to $5, which probably can't even cover a delivery fee nowadays. Guess other competitors is soon gonna outshine Uber...
The overall app it okay, you will get the occasional poor driver and just incorrect order. There has to be something in place to better monitor this as these locations are charging a hefty fee for items / dishes / drinks. When you get sent an order that is half that price and all you have is comments the end with no recompensation, that is outrageous. No on to the biggest issue. You will order a dish, the location cancel for whatever the reason might be bit your account still gets billed for the cancelled order. Crazy ain't it, I am still waiting for ~$100.00 total to be credited back to my account. Come on UberEats. Things like this should happen and there should be a flag on this or some type of alert and customer service should I turn be contacting the customer! 1 Star until this is rectified!
