Desinstalo la App por los siguientes motivos: - El servicio de Uber One es una estafa de categoría. Pagas un dinero extra todos los meses para no tener que pagar el envío pero... te meten los famosos "pago por servicio" por lo que la diferencia entre tenerlo y no tenerlo es casi nula. La suscripción literalmente no sirve para nada. - Te dicen unos tiempos que para nada son los reales. Los repartidores hacen recorridos raros y dan vueltas sospechosas.

He tenido múltiples experiencias negativas utilizando Uber Eats, incluso siendo usuario de Uber One, que promete una mejor experiencia. Lamentablemente, me he encontrado con repartidores que rechazan pedidos pagados con tarjeta, otros que no se movilizan oportunamente al recoger el pedido, y algunos que lo entregan incorrectamente. A esto se suma un servicio al cliente que responde con una lentitud inaceptable, superando incluso el tiempo que toma recibir el pedido. me muevo a otra plataforma.

Horrible! Cancelé un pedido que duró menos de un minuto porque puse la dirección mal y la app no te permite cambiar la dirección despues de hacer el pedido. Y me cobraron la totalidad de la comida!!! Si hubiese sido que Cancelé después de 5 o 10 minutos es válido porque ya la comida está completada, pero no. Un minuto solamente!!! Es un robo total. Reporto mi problema y tampoco me ayudan con el reembolso porque ya el restaurante había empezado el proceso de hacer la comida, lo que es falso!!
