Mi mandano una promozione dove avrei diritto a uno sconto del 75% per un massimo di €20 faccio un ordine nell'unico ristorante disponibile nell'app al momento e mi viene risposto che l'ordine è stato annullato. Mi sembra una palese presa in giro oltretutto è ridicolo far partire un servizio del genere con un solo ristorante disponibile

Ultime esperienze pessime, ariivi con ordini sbagliati e articoli mancanti. L'ultimo effettuato addirittura senza l'articolo ordinato ma comunque conteggiato in fattura. Richiesta assistenza per il disagio, ma quasi inesistente rispondono dopo troppa attesa e comunque senza aver risolto il problema. Continua ad utilizzarla solo perché la mia azienda usa i loro vaucher

Trovo assurdo che nel 2023 non sia possibile contattare l'assistenza in app. Il rider non ha confermato l'avvenuta consegna dell'ordine, che è avvenuta ed è stata regolarmente pagata in contanti al suo arrivo. Per questo mi hanno addebitato sul conto nuovamente il costo dell'ordine. Una vera truffa. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio!
