熊本にて使用させて頂いてますが、他の方のレビューにもある通り、このまま何時間待っても配達員さんが決まらないような状況下でも“最も遅い予想配達時刻”を過ぎないとこちらから無料で(サポート問い合わせにて)キャンセルできません。その前にキャンセルしようとするとキャンセル料が+でかかります。注文したものと違うものが届くとか配達員さんの対応が悪いとかはないです。そこら辺は安心してます。あと注文決済画面にて玄関先で受け渡ししか選択できない店舗も何件かあるのですが、決済後の画面に切り替わった後、玄関先に置く、を指定できる。意味分からん。最初からそうさせてくれ。パスワード発行時は流石に切り替えれませんが…。配達員さんも前より少なくなったと思うし、クーポンの付与頻度も増えたなと思います。全体的に過疎化が目立つ。

※出前館のほうが100倍いいです※ 配達員が見つからない状態でもお店には調理開始連絡を流し キャンセル料が必ず発生してしまう様になっています。 お店がお休みで注文を受けなることができなかった場合のみキャンセル料がかかりません。 配達員見つからない状態でも取りに行く形への変更もできません。 冒頭に書いた事ですが、出前館であれば配達員確保できなければ システムで注文を取り消してくれるなど良心的です。 割増の料金で街の中心部でもこのような状況なので二度と使うことはありません。 サポートも同じ事を繰り返す簡易的AIしか無いためまともな問い合わせもできません。 ただ到着時間がどんどん伸びることの内容だけはどんどん更新していきます。 注文前に一読頂き同じ思いをしてしまう方が増えないことをお祈りいたします。使用する際はご注意ください。

過去に3度コンビニでの配達をお願いしましたが全てキャンセルになりました。付近に配達パートナーがいません。との記載もなく注文したところ、1時間程たってのキャンセルだったので不信感しかありません。 他の店舗は1時間以内には配達完了しているので、何がしたいのか理解できません、、💦
