沒有客服、不能取消，外送的騎手無緣無故換了3波，等了1個小時，我又沒有什麼不良紀錄，憑什麼說換就換把我卡住？這一個小時都夠我自己去拿了，本來想說選距離近，結果這個時間都夠選距離遠的店了，這什麼放養app，都沒在處理，難怪無法超越熊貓。難怪差評越來越多

團體訂單後，下次登入打算嘗試自己下訂單時直接被停用帳戶，回信說什麼違反使用條款，還說不輕易停用使用者帳戶；那倒是說我違反了哪一條啊...我就用過一次app，也沒透過任何其他方式取得app或帳戶資訊及操作。 網路上也有很多人反應自己的帳戶莫名其妙被停用的啦，自己系統亂設定、也不說我哪裡有問題，就咬定我違反條款，有夠傻眼。

餐點等了一個多小時沒人送，都冷掉了，前後後換了三個外送員，接了卻沒在動，等了很久到門口直接棄單，就這樣反覆，找客服想取消，永遠都是AI客服,還只能選制式的問題，好不容易讓我打字，轉真人客服，等了十幾分鐘，最後才能幫忙處理，但早上的訂單也出大包，訂購完餐點之後一陣子，系統突然跳出餐點缺貨，叫我更換，我更換完送出卻被拆成兩筆訂單，第一筆被多收了外送跟服務費共40元，第二筆也被收了服務費，有夠扯，然後相聯繫客服還聯繫不到，有夠爛
