Love this so much, as a mom with a little one, it's sometimes hard to get my child dressed and out of the house to pick up food at night... or when the weather is just not all that great. This has helped a lit. There have been a few occasions that it took while for Uber to find me a driver for my order. .. so my order took longer. But the convenience of having delivery at some of my favorite spots helps.! Wish Red Lobster would jump on in! Whenever my order has an error, Uber customer service is all over it, and I appreciate that.
I love the convenience of this app, I really do. I appreciate how quick and easy it is. I don't appreciate how sometimes the drivers will eat your fries, if you order from McDonald's, and I don't appreciate that if you live 2 minutes away from the destination, that it still can take over an hour to get your order. Given, I do understand there aren't a lot of drivers late at night, but when you complain to customer service, they think all you're doing is trying to get a free meal. That isn't the case, I just would appreciate a little more accountability with uber and dealing with their drivers, and not be treated like I'm "that customer". Regardless, I still use this app despite my couple of bad experiences.
They have absolutely no Customer service or support. They screwed up our order by cancelling it and not telling us. They guaranteed us a 50% discount on our next order for the inconveinence and when we tried to redeem it they wouldn't let us. Then when we got our full priced food that we were only supposed to pay 50% of part of our order was missing so not only did we not get our discount we paid for food we didn't receive and they did nothing about it!!!!
This app has improved so much. It doesnt crash anymore. I love UberEat and have been a weekly regular (or more) user. Dishes are normally more expensive and there is a 5 dollars delivery cost. But ordering food here is very convenient.
Wow, what an absolute scam. Used a coupon which successfully applied and changed the checkout amount. After the order arrived I notice I've been charged and when I go back to the receipt the coupon has been removed. BUT in past promotions it shows the coupon I used. Contacted support and they refuse to honour the price shown on checkout. STAY AWAY, THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.
It worked fine. Then suddenly it started saying I'm too far away from every where. I've done everything I could to make it work but it still work work. I called their support, they were no help. Just keep sending me different places which usually lead to dead ends. So yay. Guess I'm back to skip the dishes.
