Very unprofessional personnel; people who don't deliver the order but app says delivered successfully. Also, they make you wait for 90 minutes in the night at 3.30 and cancel in the last moment when you don't have any other option. Order numbers: 2C89C, 5BC5B, 22F7E. Submitting here coz no one responds to messages sent via app. Uber customer service is really pathetic
Really great app! I started using this when I had to get my car fixed and I was holed up in my apartment for a whole day and didn't have any transportation...now I'm hooked! Also great way to order food while at work (I work on Saturdays and our cafeteria is closed so this is a great alternative to order local chow without having to leave work!)
Worst app from uber I added food in my cart and in payment method only we can pay through Paytm wallet. That is not issue when i added ₹200 in Paytm wallet through UBER EATS and click on place the order then error popup throws ("Could not complete order Error verifying payment profile")
My first time ordering off this app was terrible, they wouldn't take my card and when I found a restaurant that would accept my card the order ended up taking 3 hours to get to my house. I gave Uber eats a second chance today around 10:50pm and my order NEVER CAME! I called the restaurant at 1:50am to check on my order and they told me that they don't deliver to my side of town. After accepting my payment they told me they don't deliver over here... This is a terrible app. My advice to you: Don't order from them if you are hungry the same day you placed your order.
Fantastic app, v love it when more now that they've added the option to tip the driver via the app. Don't pay attention to all the negative comments if you live in one of the developed countries ; ) Credit card payment snags and hassles are only a problem in countries where they still largely do cash transactions.
Works great just makes me even more lazy then I what I am. That was at the beginning. Now the drivers never come to my door they get lost every time and now to top it off they never delivered my order. And there is no one to call no one to say were lost. The driver had no number because she had a hearing issue so I couldn't call. So I had to reorder and pay 80 dollars for a dinner. And wait two hours.
