Ratings and reviews

Delivery fees can be significantly higher than other apps and delivery times can be higher a week, but using this as well as other apps can get me a lot more options to choose from. If there is a problem with your order or delivery, they definitely take care of it quickly. Unfortunately, a missed item will require a second order and additional fees if you really want it.

Almost every time I order, I receive wrong items, or I'm missing items completely. You can get refunds and credits, but it's really annoying to deal with documenting and photographing things before you start eating, especially after waiting an hour to receive food. It's at the point I have to consider videoing me opening bags for proof. I'm just going to stop being lazy and go pick up my food myself. Not to mention the ballooning delivery and service fees. UE is not worth the headaches.

After recieving offers to use UberEats, I finally decided to try it. One my favorite restaurants were on there!! So that was awesome, then I ordered and paid. Delivery on the way! Even arrive 2 minutes early, however I was missing 1 of 3 entrees and the appetizer! I attempted to contact the driver thru app multiple times, no answer(busy eating my food?) I then submitted complaint with Uber and they stated the purchase was not refundable!! --- guess I made a mistake and will not repeat.
