First time ordering and didn't even get half of my order. There isn't even a way to rate and when I go to "past orders" it's empty. I need to wait 24 hours for a response from uber, but in the mean time I'm hungry and trying to study for finals. I either have to go without eating tonight, or give up study time and my grades. Ridiculous.
The app is extremely buggy. You have very little opportunity to cancel the order. Maybe 5 seconds at most. I placed an order once before the restaurant closed. By the time I got sick of waiting, the restaurant had closed. The app informed me the delivery could no longer be made, but my credit card was still charged. Thanks for being unreliable and taking my money. Never again.
I've been using Uber for approx 2 months now. I Only had one tiny problem where my food arrived cold. But the driver politely warned me about the possibility explained that McDonald's was extremely busy and traffic was horrible before handing me my food. This I appreciated because I knew what to expect. I think Uber Eats is awesome, User friendly, very efficient and very useful when hunger strikes, especially during working hours. Thank you for such a awesome app.
Awful. Just awful. Spent 20 minutes with a group of mates placing an order at McDonald's. Went to add the final item to the order, was told that the restaurant was now too far away. I, (and I assume the restaurant), had not moved an inch. JustEat doesn't give me these problems. There are many better competitors who are more reliable and whose management aren't quite so decidedly evil. Deliveroo, JustEat, whatever you like. Just don't support these berks. You can shove your inevitable automated response up your arse, by the way.
Very Worst. App not at all user friendly. No confirmation of order by SMS or email. Very worst customer care team. Never bother for your concerns. My PAYTM got debited twice. Too much difficulty in getting the call centre number. Please avoid this APP. Ensure PAYTM account is delinked before order
I think I've ordered maybe 10 times using this app. I have had one correct order. the couple times I've reported it. I received a little over a dollar back. When half my order is missing, I would think half the cost of the food would be refunded. I think I've exceeded the number of tries most people would give under these circumstances. I'll be going back to using Favor. Oh, I should say the orders were placed from IHOP and Hooters. Yes, I order from the same places! lol
