Never again will I use this app. Only ordered 2 times. The first time it took my driver over 39 min to find my hotel and then I had to go to the lobby to get the food after giving him my room number twice. My good was cold, ice cream melted, sweet tea was unsweet, no napkins, straw, spoon, or ketchup. The second time they charged me twice and when I called didn't have the correct order. Both timed I was given a refund but what a hassel
Generally a good app. Only bad thing is when I got a notification saying my order couldn't be fulfilled, I couldn't get any more info. When I tapped the notification it opened the app but just took me to the restaurant's page where there was no mention of my order status.
The worst food app ever. Estimated delivery times are a joke. And when the food eventually makes it to your place it is almost frozen. This has happened twice in a row. You are better off with just any other food delivery app than this
Great app... Easy to use.. but i wanna give one suggestion dat only order from those restaurant which u know bcoz i got a stale food on my first order..
Worst app ever not taking payments from anything paytm debit card credit card anything. Didn't expected this from uber. The worst food experience that cant be replaced with anything.
My driver was great. But I deleted the app after only one order because the app itself was a joke. First, it allowed me to place an order when there was no driver even available. I guess maybe I should've checked before ordering, but who would think to do that? I tried to call and cancel the order after a 15-minute wait had turned into 45 with still no driver in sight. They said the driver was two minutes away, but I still didn't get the notification that any food was on the way for another 15 minutes. Then I guess the restaurant went ahead and made the order even without a driver, because my food was all only slightly warmer than room temp, and the ice cream was totally melted down to nothing. The delivery driver was the only good part about the experience, because he was super nice and polite. He kept apologizing, but it totally wasn't his fault at all. Uber just has a really lousy system. I hope they can work out the kinks, because even though I had a bad experience, the concept of UberEats is genius. I just won't be ordering again anytime soon.
