Ratings and reviews

It is way too expensive! A whole lot of fees & jacked up menu prices! Sometimes, drivers don't follow instructions, etc... It's good when to get you a meal, when you're working out of town & are staying in a hotel, & that's pretty much it... & this applies to all of the delivery apps... P.S. if you can't talk to someone, it's almost impossible to get things right. Customer service, add ons, special instructions are hit & miss...

This started out as the top delivery app in my area. However, it's has become one filled with errors on delivery and the customer service is abysmal. The help section is a joke and it is very hard to get connected to a real person. When you do, it takes forever and half the time they cannot resolve the issue. I use others when at all possible, which is a shame because I will say Uber Eats has the best selection.

Extremely inconvenient. The maps has been incorrect for years now and it puts the drivers on the other side of the highway instead of at my address. The app also does not give me the option to deny bicycle delivery. I live by a highway and it is a safety issue for people to bike here. There should at least be an option to choose delivery method. I end up using Doordash much more often now because the maps shows my address correctly and they deliver via car only.
