I got delivered greasy meat + half cooked rice (rice still raw and crunchy). Nothing looked like the picture they post. I can't make a complaint to the restaurant or Uber. The reviews in the app basically useless because you can't read other people's reviews.
Never had a problem before, but now I find out you can't change an order through the app or cancel. You have to call customer service number and by the time you get through the restaurant has already accepted so you have to place a second order, get charged again and you will not receive the second order because uber can't find a driver even though the restaurant could've gave both orders to the same driver. But no it doesn't work like that. So then your stuck with cold food from the first order because your waiting for an hr for the second order which you end up cancelling because you can't wait any longer. Then customer service will not credit you anything on the first order even though if they would've done what's was requested in the first place it would've been all good. Moral of story if you need to add to the order your S.O.L. and good luck calling the number for customer service, they could care lesd
Delivery areas should be clearly mentioned. It's frustrating to know that the delivery is not available in most of the areas in pune after installing the app.
More a review of their service. We had a problem with Cafe BBQ Duck who supplied only half the food ordered and didn't want to do anything to fix the problem. Uber Eats very quickly fixed the problem.
Loved until the last two experiences. Driver had drinks spilled inside of food bag. There's not a customer services numver to complain. Basically I paid for soggy food and uber doesn't care.
Shady drivers. Only one good experience. No one to contact when things go wrong. Not trustworthy.
