Ordered two times. One time order was delayed by an hour and one time no delivery at all. We resort to online food ordering for late night orders, it can not even tell us that order will be delayed. Wait and wait and wait and wait then call the Restaurant (from google maps) they even dont provide contact number of delivery person or restaurant. Horrible experiebce both times.
Good selection. Found new places. Food hot most of the time. One time the driver had his family with him. Dirty mini van and all they all looked dirty. A but of putting. And all but one of my naan breads were missing...think they are it....but oh well I didn't have to go out and battle traffic.
When i feel lazy and depressed i dont have to starve to death Also its better than having to pay a minimum of 10-15$ like other restaurants require so I'm saving a lot of money Please expand your range of service i want Chipotle but its too far 😭😭
Wants my credit card info before it will even let me see or do anything else on the app. Umm, PASS. Sounded like an interesting concept but unless they change that, it's no good to me.
App is not reflecting the actual food available from the restaurant, or the times it is open. Had tickets closed on me for this reason. Also scheduled a delivery for 12-12:30. At 12:50 I called Uber eats to see what was wrong and the customer service lady said they don't start making the food until after the scheduled delivery time. I was so dumbfounded that I thanked her for the info and hung up.
It sounds great in theory. However, the Uber delivery CANNOT get the order right to save their lives. Literally about 75% of the time, my order is INCORRECT. That is not an exaggeration. If you order with this service, be prepared to have a few items missing. I would recommend using GrubHub or Postmates instead... Sorry to say UberEats is a very disappointing experience.
