Uber guys are just trying to bite into a business they don't know how to handle. Very poor costumer support. It's crazy how they answer the reported missing item in the order. They wrote. " We r sorry to hear that ur order was incomplete. Happy to help. We have noted down ur valuable feedback and are continuously working to make ur uber eats experience better". Really..... Where's my money???
Great. My companion & I both are with handicapped disabilities and at times there are situations that occurred that we feel so very alone and confussed. Well this time the ad popped us saying we had access to Uber Eats.Well by golly we figured out how to use this Uber Eats and ordered a wonderful seafood meal .The food was excellent and the taste very delightful and fresh. I thought that Uber for rides were The Bomb. Well Uber Eats is Sunshine. Know what I mean . Thank you for the two enjoyment transportation and dining🚗🍽.
Well I really liked the app but the payment is extremely difficult on this app. The debit card payment option does not work ever. And the paytm limit for my account has been exceeded so can't use paytm either. So basically I have no way to order something for the next 15 days on Uber eats. Great.
(Figured I'd try it again. Even worse this time. Customer support is useless.) Never using this service again. Driver showed up with only part of my order. He said he would go back to get the rest of it. Called the restaurant, they said they had 2 bags on the counter and he only grabbed one. An hour goes by, so I called the restaurant again. He never showed up to pick up the order. Driver never contacted me the whole time, and I have no way of contacting him. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
When a major problem hit, they were RUDE & said they couldn't give refunds!! WORST company EVER, as far as customer support/appreciation goes!! I ordered through them practically daily!! For them to not be accommodating, when food that was 7 mins away, took OVER an HOUR to get here & was inedible & cold when it arrived is UNACCEPTABLE. Thank God my bank agrees & is refunding me for them!
I use the application for two weeks. The first week went very well and I was very happy. The second week, my bank stop my card for fraudulent charges. I verify with the bank that the charges were valid and assumed everything was okay. I attempted for over an hour through multiple Uber applications and through the Uber website to "verify" my credit card information. I also called two 1-800 numbers with no help. I was continually directed back to the applications that were not assisting me. My girlfriend told me to use Postmates in order to get the food delivered. It worked amazingly and the food was cheaper!! I am done with Uber Eats. They can eat my butt.
