This app is okay. Just okay. It does a lot of stuff, but is missing many features that the web interface has, and has stuff in different places from the web version. My wish is that UBNT would unify both interfaces and also expose more of the functions that their devices support. Anything that's available to edit in an SSH terminal should be a few clicks in a GUI. Also, push notifications should take you to the site and device that generated the notification. Currently just goes to the dashb...

Since the newest update on August 22, 2023 can no longer see, edit, create WiFi SSID's. Have to log in to the web GUI. Previous to the most recent update the app worked flawlessly. Have used this so for years and overall, when working properly, it's an amazing time saver and extremely useful tool. I hope it gets fixed.

I've used UniFi products since early 2015. I like them a lot, and they work great in a small business setting. They also have scaled well when we've expanded. This app I recently started using. So far it hasn't been that reliable. When it connects over cloud to the controller, it works well. Half the time it refuses to connect, instead hitting an error at random points in the connection process. So I still have to rely on remote desktop solutions to remotely access the controller for now.
