App works good, you can see previous videos and what's taken place. Only complaint is that you can't choose a personal notification sound, your stuck with the default that sounds like a lot of other apps, so much for a good warning that an unwanted person may be at your home. Even Eufy has a list of sounds to choose from, even different ones for different cameras! This is just a software issue that should be easy to accomplish!

they've come a long way, for the cost of their devices I still expect a better app. The browser is much better but their mobile ux is still really bad for playback. Want to adjust the speed? Gotta press 3 or 4 times (they keep changing it) and you'll occasionally lose your spot. Sometimes the app just completely stops loading the stream even though everything is working as it should. A restart of the app fixes everything.

I bought $10k+ worth of UniFi gear at 3 houses: doorbells, cameras, switches, etc. My biggest pet peeve in the whole system, is that when someone rings the doorbell, the app doesn't even indicate WHICH house is ringing. I don't want to pick up doorbell rings at one of my houses (because it's an Airbnb). The app just pops up a screen with the green/red buttons to accept/decline the call. I'm forced to pick up, to see the video feed, then quickly hang up if it's the house I wanted to ignore...
