UBS My Hub app gives you access to My Hub using your mobile device. It mirrors the key functionality of the My Hub desktop site and keeps you connected when you’re on the move.
Key features include:
• Manage passwords
• People directory
• Service status
• Blog analysis
Manage IT issues
• If you’re working remotely, you can easily upload tickets from the app. If you can’t log on to your desktop, you can still access the helpdesk.
• View the service status of a number of UBS products including A3, Mobile Services, Outlook and Skype.
• Request approve IT services via SNOW and ARP.
Please note, you will need a current UBS email address to be able to use My Hub mobile once downloaded.
