Da aber nicht alle Android Geräte über eine gesicherte Hardware oder gewisse Komponente verfügen, kann ein sicheres Login per Fingerprint unter Umständen nicht gewährleistet werden. Ihr UBS Team
Great app. It has so many featuress and seems to always work. The only (very annoying) issue I have is that the app rotates even though I've got auto-rotation turned off. Then my screen is stuck in landscape modus and I need to adjust twice to get back to portrait. I've never experienced this problem with any other app
Very well thought and done. Is there a known bug on Marshmallow? The app crashes when I attempt to scan an invoice. Even like this, still 5 stars
Why so many useless features. Make it simple and easy to use. This app reminds me of this old feature phones full of features no one use.
The app has many annoying usability issues. E.g. when entering a payment the last step only allows you to confirm or cancel. If you have a small mistake there is no way to correct it, you have to cancel and enter all from scratch. Another issue is that in some views only short account numbers are displayed rather than names. Inconsistent: certain functions are available from certain places but not from other places. E.g. scanned payment slips. There are many other problems like these. Overall: overloaded with features, overcomplicated and not user friendly. This application looks like a "technical app" for developers rather than end users. Please make it simpler and develop a usability concept!
App is useful but am having a couple of issues on my OnePlus 5t: a) long load time. Takes very long to start up. b) no more notifications. I had enabled notifications about my account status which used to work correctly but don't any Moe. Have tried to reinstall the app to no avail.
I can't no longer use fingerprint authentication after receive last update on my Note 8. It always says "Device not supported. This device does not meet the UBS security requirements". It's really annoying have to type the password just for a simple query.
• More security: set a monthly transfer limit. In addition, you can deactivate accounts for online payments, e.g. your savings account.
• Confirm fewer beneficiaries: define a monthly limit, up to which payments to new recipients do not need additional confirming.
• Messages: check directly on the start page whether new e-documents are available. Corporate banking clients can find data transfer payments to be approved here.
The scope of functions may vary depending on the country.
