Fix this thing. It won't even send me the confirmation passcode to get in on my new device (text, call, email.) Nothing is working. I need to deposit checks. Please fix! Old app worked fine...
This new app is miserable. I can't believe this ever made it passed testing, let alone into production. UCCU really dropped the ball on this. Seriously considering a new bank if serious changes aren't made. And I've been loyal for 15 years.
New app SUCKS. period. It's a freaking mess, three days down time for a MAJOR downgrade in quality!! The old app was great! This is crap. Constant issues with almost every feature so far, including log in, transfers, etc. etc.
Thanks UCCU, for making my accounts unavailable online for days only to reward me with this monstrosity. Logging in works 1/5 of the time, transferring to pay off a credit card is seemingly impossible, and if you hit the back button one too many times you're forcefully logged off. Which, you know, brings us back to the impossible login page. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back, Seriously considering banking elsewhere.
User interface is clunky. I definitely would use another app like mint. The money manager feature isn't included. Can't see trends or net worth. You get the bare acceptable minimum.
I thought everyone was exaggerating how terrible the update was but they were right. I hate the new app. It is so hard to navigate and so un-user-friendly. I rely on app-banking so much that I'm seriously considering changing banks for the first time in 10 years because of how hard it is to understand. I hate it.
