Did the update get rid of the option to transfer funds from one account to another? Because I literally can't find that anywhere. This new tire is so complicated. Loved the old app and it's simplicity. The only thing that is better is the pictures it tastes of my checks are no longer blurry. That's what the one star is for
This new app is miserable. I can't believe this ever made it passed testing, let alone into production. UCCU really dropped the ball on this. Seriously considering a new bank if serious changes aren't made. And I've been loyal for 15 years.
Fix this thing. It won't even send me the confirmation passcode to get in on my new device (text, call, email.) Nothing is working. I need to deposit checks. Please fix! Old app worked fine...
Super slow. The feature I am trying to use doesn't work. They make you enroll in all these features individually. Why? Give me all the features. That's why I have the account. This app is poorly designed and makes me regret using UCCU at all.
New app SUCKS. period. It's a freaking mess, three days down time for a MAJOR downgrade in quality!! The old app was great! This is crap. Constant issues with almost every feature so far, including log in, transfers, etc. etc.
The new app is awful. Doesn't even work properly. Glad I get to call in everytime I need to pay my cc payment because "an unknown error occurred for 4 days straight"
