This app is very frustrating to use. The push notifications almost never work, causing the app to stall when using them. In fact, server errors cause the app to stall more often than not, especially when accessing messages, appointments or medication lists. UCHealth needs to spend some effort on making this app reliable and useful for patients who need regular access to manage their healthcare.

A little difficult to use the messaging service. Messages expire and they don't make it easy to figure out how to get in touch with the person you were messaging once it is expired. When I try to find a GP they always show me available appointments for one that is not close to me. The medication refill request feature seems to work as intended which is nice

Great... When it Works When I first got the app, it was really helpful for getting in contact with my doctors, getting results, and keeping track of my appointments. For the last few months, it's stuck in UCHealth today when I open the app and won't let me go to the main menu to do anything else. So now I can't message my doctors or see results. Very frustrating when I see multiple specialists on a regular basis.
