I paid for VIP. though it unlocked episodes, I continue to get ads!!!! And they're very intrusive. Show up in the middle of episodes. Banner ads didn't disappear too! hard to close

No great, the customer services is not great. My subscription is not activated even though i already paid. Can not sign in. This app has suspicious permissions were they can access you info, network and GOOGLE PAY SERVICES

I already paid for a VIP subscription, but I still can’t watch the new dramas as promised. The VIP content remains locked even after payment. This is very disappointing and not transparent to subscribers. I hope DramaNova fixes this issue and provides a clear explanation.
