I really appreciate how perfectly this app is designed for the students. Though, there are some issues and the one which I found more annoying was that I can't log into more than one device at once. If I am logging into my laptop for my class, then it automatically logs me out from my phone and I have to log in again and again. Please consider having an option where I can maybe save the devices I frequently use and I don't have to log in and out of them every time. Good luck♡

Poor experience with downloads and playback. Offline videos frequently freeze for 10–20s when skipping (5–15s). Often, I have to restart the app just to get them to play. Additionally, the download manager is broken: if the internet drops for even a second, the download fails to resume or freezes entirely. Needs urgent fixes.

Alr so there's a major problem with the online written exams. you guys should add a feature where the clock automatically stops when it detects a student trying to scan or upload photos. uploading photos are fine but i dont wanna keep opening another seperate app when i can just scan here. the problem is. in my recent physics exam i had 10 seconds left on the clock and i couldnt upload 4 marks worth of answer just because the time ran out. I am not asking for a re evaluation, js fix this please
