This app is not gOod because it requires frequent updates and doesn't work without an internet connection. Most other apps function smoothly offline, but this one doesn't. For example, if I run out of internet, how am I supposed to activate a new package? Additionally, the developers insist on updates at least once a week, which is frustrating. The updates on the Ufone app feel like a joke, changing a logo or minor visuals instead of providing real improvements.

A few months ago, I was using a 4Mb connection. they upgraded to a 10Mb plan with a significant increase in monthly charges but instead of better speed, I noticed a big drop in performance. It honestly feels like they just renamed the packages without actually upgrading anything. When I previously asked to upgrade, they told me it's not possible because there's no fiber optic available at my location. So how am I now suddenly on a 10Mb connection without any fiber installation?

I'm really disappointed with the Ufone app. I bought a 1-month WhatsApp package that somehow ended in just one week - maybe I used it too much, I don't know. Then I purchased another 1-month package, but it didn't activate even though I received a confirmation message. To make things worse, the customer service hasn't been helpful at all. It's frustrating to see my money going to waste like this. Hopefully, they'll sort out these issues soon. I wish I could give them 0 stars
