Ratings and reviews

You don't need to know my location all the time,only while using the app. I attempted "only while using the app" but features wouldn't work. when finding the pickup location, the app went to Phoenix AZ. my pickup location, Orem UT. I was told I could drop off at any location. The first attempt across the street. They didn't take trailers. The app was useless in trying to find a place to drop the trailer. I had to call CS. Return location was out of the way. app & uhaul suck

App continually crashed while trying to pick up and drop off my rental. We ended up having to call customer service, which took forever. It took an hour to pick up and another hour to drop off when it should have only taken a 10 minutes. This was a horrible experience, and the app is absolutely worthless. I will explore options other than U-Haul next time. Try harder, U-Haul. Your app needs an over-Haul!

Absolutely the worst app ever. like something from dial up era 1995. it's 2025 time for your slow glitchy stupid little app to catch up. can't even make a reservation because it's so touchy, slow, glitches doesn't get anything right. soooOOOooo frustrating I'm ready to go with Penske even though they cost more, cost less in the way of headaches.
