Terrible experience from start to finish. My pickup was rescheduled multiple times when I showed up to pickup, and I had to contact customer service three times, plus chat several times more, which barely worked due to constant freezing and bug in the app. After drop-off, I was wrongly charged for fuel and had to contact support again. The app is buggy, the process was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul even to my worst enemy. 0 stars.

This app is horrible. Won't let me put my correct address, doesn't let me properly reserve a truck. And when it does, it soon brings me back to the first page to redo everything over again, then again and again. If I can manage to get past that, it doesn't let me do the self mobile checkout. Absolutley useless. You're better of using the mobile browser.

Support needs improvement. Trying to chat with live agent, you can't see the initial question you're typing, can't paste into the text box, and apparently can't use more than like 100 characters? Also, the chat session should persist if I don't choose the exit the chat - if I close and reopen the app a few seconds later, I expect to still be part of the same chat session.
