You must be a Health Plan of Nevada or Sierra Health and Life member to use the app.

refuses to open, says there is a technical difficulty, try again later. edit: 2 days later still will not open.. issue fixed but there is a new issue since update- now in order to open the app you have to have a lock enabled on your phone. i dont use a lock, never have, I find it highly irritating that an app can make you do this. you should be able to choose how I want to keep my phone. PLEASE CHANGE THIS

The app is horrible most days I can't sign in. when you are successful with signing in everything will take forever to load. Most times it will seem like it's going to open the page you need and it will double back to reloading, whatever you were attempting to open prior. It's a real headache. You must use a desktop or Laptop.

This app is so user unfriendly. You can't easily scroll down the page and you can't move between sections without backing out of the app. And logging in or out opens a browser page, so you'll have several tabs open by the end of your session. I would give it a quarter star if I could.
