Sorry..Not ready for prime time Some of the features shown in the video are not available in the app. There is also an inaccurate diagnosis in my PHR, and no link to report it. When you hit the back button on the tablet, the app exits.
Terrible App There's nothing about the after I would call user-friendly any update seem to screw it up every time you have to re enter your information and profile really kind of ridiculous
Recent update deleted all notes I have been using this app for over 2 years. Happy with the ability to save my medical card in my phone and able to email it or fax it to doctors. I liked having notes so I could record when I was last at the dentist or had a mammogram, etc. EXTREMELY disappointed that all of that history was deleted with the most recent update!
Poor layout on Note 4 - benefits coverage not shown Layout is poor on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Also requires you to log into another website from the app to see your benefits coverage which defeats the purpose of the app. Benefits coverage is not displayed even when you do the second login.
Poor Like everything else in healthcare insurance, poorly thought out. Can't find locations using city/state, but can with zip code. Really? Can't change payment method at time of payment. .poorly thought out. Can't locate quickcare unless location settings are enabled. Really?
Broken Will not load claims or prescriptions. Used it some months ago and it worked fine. Please fix
