I couldn't even get to the chords library because there was so many other things popping up; a customer service chat bubble, an upgrade sale, and then it asked me to rate the app! So I'm rating it a 2 star. I'm sure it'd be great if I could get past all the crap. But you asked me to rate it after I've been thoroughly frustrated, this is what you get
Deceptive sales practices, especially using a "fake" countdown timer on sales. Add for purchase of "full" app is a lie. It does not include additional features for which the developer wants an additional $6 - $10. Google condones this despicable business practice. Will not stand behind their refund policy. Basically a big FU to users/consumers.
Almost useless. I already paid for this and I still need to pay more for "extra features" I assumed were already part of the package. Can't find tabs for a lot of songs that can be found easily on other sites. Why pay for an app when you can use a browser just as easily?
I thought that if I bought the app, I'd have the whole package. But no, you need to buy extentions and you barely learn anything because you don't get the chance to because there's too many ads that asks for more money!
This app is way too annoying about trying to sell the Pro upgrade - too many of the features are Pro-only. For instance, there are dozens of free guitar tuner and metronome apps on Google Play, but yet this app's Metronome and Guitar Tuner functions are both Pro-only. The only major advantages I can see to using this app's features rather than using separate apps for these are consolidation and the convenience of having them in one place. However, I doubt that anybody would care strongly enough about these to pay for the Pro upgrade for these features alone, so having the Metronome and Guitar Tuner Pro-only really feels pointless to me.
I think the app has many good aspects like the large amount of songs. But I don't think you should have to pay 14 pounds for this app. Although that isn't my main complaint. I think that the tuning system is rubbish. It's very slow and always gets confused about wich string I'm on.
17 great guitars inside!
