The One App I've had this app ever since I convinced my dad to buy it when it first came out. I don't play guitar anywhere near as much but I keep it because I still love it when I do pick it back up
Questionable business practices Paid $2.99 and it didn't unlock all features. They wanted more money and has ads for days. Update: i upgraded to the pro version for $9.99 on sale. Im giving 3 stars for the high price, and some what questionable business practices. No one should ever receive ads in a paid app, and it wasn't made clear what i was receiving for my original $2.99 purchase.
Meh... Its a cool app and all and i will be honest i play the guitar a lot and paid for the full thing. But i gotta say there are a lot of problems that need to b fixed... A lot of the time when i try to change guitar, speed or even the tab it crashes. All i can do really is pick a tab and read it. And if thats all i wanted, i wouldve just stuck w 99c and not paid for the full thing.
Too expensive to have this many problems More than 75% of the time if I select something, it comes up with the, "oops, something goes wrong!" message. I can't save anything to favorites anymore and it won't play the songs.
Horrible cash grab I purchased the app hoping to have quick access to tabs but instead what I got was persistent adverts suggesting I upgrade to the full version and "previews" of what I could have if I forked out 10 times more money. This is a horrible business model and I hope that Google will catch on to this egregious nonsense.
Love It, Warts And All I paid for the full package at the initial offer rate, which seemed reasonable, because I use this app whenever I pick up my guitar. The tools and functions are everything you could need, especially if you pay for all the features, but it is still a decent app without paying. Yes it does crash a fair bit and have some issues with stability that we would all appreciate more work on, but despite this it's all I need and I have become inured to the issues.
