Ratings and reviews

Light app and money transfers and payments done very fast and easy. But now it says 'verifying' and the transaction did not go through. Also we cannot send to a bank account. Why does it ask for location and contacts every time, this is totally not needed After update, even though my money went through, it said transaction pending for some time . I am very much disappointed customer. Initially I have taken loan and I paid it fully, when I tried to take it another time, now they saying maintanance is going on with this app. It's been already 5-6 days but couldn't get loan. And the support team is worst, I didn't get any help from support. I've given 2 stars because 1 star for 1st loan and 1 is default. Really not happy with this app. They will take 1 month for server maintenance. Go for some other apps, they providing loans in 24 hours.

Hi there.. first things first, everything works fine upto the OTP part but as soon as I receive the OTP ,the app says we could not contact the bank ! I mean if I receive an OTP after an initiation from then how is the app not able to contact the bank? Exhibit B: I tried the same with another money transfer application and it worked so the issue isn't really with my bank account or my network per se... There was a reason I installed this but now I'm doubting the app's capability. Please respond with a solution. I have to make several transactions with several accounts and I can't always keep a UPI account for each of my bank accounts, that is highly inconvenient for me. Please look into it... The main issue is : I enter all the details , I receive the OTP, but a message pops in the end stating " sorry we were unable to contact the bank" .. please fix this
