Garbage app, difficult to navigate and makes linking an external bank account to make a payment overly difficult compared to any other app/card I have. Now I have my first late fee I've had in 15 years. When I call support and finally get through they say they have my bank info on file. Even though it's not on my account through the app and can't be added via phone.. ridiculous, support through phone and email unhelpful just get scripted responses. Will close this account and uninstall asap.

After you login, the first page shows the due date and balance. And it's already past the due date and you just paid a different balance a few days ago. You're thinking how can there be another due date already when you just paid it? You open that panel and it still says the same thing after it expands. now the panel is two tabs. if you open the other tab details something. only then you find out that you owe nothing on the date date. All other apps show zero balance due on due date.

What app requires a security code EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to make a payment from the same device? This one! But why??! Why is sending a code to the phone that is currently being used for the app more secure? Anybody with my phone would get the exact same code. This is purely inconvenience disguised as "security." It is absolutely UNNECESSARY!!! Furthermore, if someone wants to hack into my account to pay my bill...LET THEM!!!!!!!!
