Garbage app, difficult to navigate and makes linking an external bank account to make a payment overly difficult compared to any other app/card I have. Now I have my first late fee I've had in 15 years. When I call support and finally get through they say they have my bank info on file. Even though it's not on my account through the app and can't be added via phone.. ridiculous, support through phone and email unhelpful just get scripted responses. Will close this account and uninstall asap.

I never get an email with payment due dates. The app never notifies of a payment that is due. It isn't hard to navigate through the app. It did take me a couple of days to get my information to go through. Overall this app is trash. Somebody needs to upgrade the whole app or find a new one altogether

I want to cancel the card just because of this app and the bank itself. I find it very shady that you can make a payment and not get a confirmation sent to your email. You also don't get any reminders of upcoming due dates. I have to set a task in my calendar for that. It's just a pain to deal with!
