perfect app all around keeps me updated and if I dont know any info about my appointments I can talk to someone to help me whenever I need it.

So far, this app su¢k$. I open the app, the main screen appears (white background w/ blue & red "UMC OnlineCare" logo)...and, that's it. I could see, for several seconds, the loading 'circle' in the center of the screen, but nothing else. Finally, after starting the app 5 or 6x, the "login screen" finally appeared...but, know after the main screen was showing for well over 5 minutes. Once I was finally within the app, it is EXTREMELY slow.

Overall gave them 4 STARS, it works perfectly specially if you needed a prescription right away, waiting time was not that long compare to a physical visit to the clinic. I would recommend it if your just asking for a prescription refill for your existing condition or let's just say common illness like cold, headaches, allergies, etc.. but if the symptoms are new to you I suggest to visit the Clinic so they can further test you.
