Overall great experience so far. When booking in the app, the layout was easy to read and interact with. The extension process is very easy as well. The only gripe I have is the flucuating rates. The customer service is responsive and solved any issues / concerns I've had so far.

The whole process went well. I was a bit unsure about picking up outside airport but it was really simple. Opted to take uber rather than public transportation because of traveling with baby, stroller, car seat and luggage! The car was perfect and if you don't top off gas it's so reasonable for them to do it. Don't hesitate to use then. great savings
