Ratings and reviews

Some features are not located in intuitive places and require hunting for them. The "help" feature is worthless - appears to be a chat bot posing as a human. Overall, though, the app functions smoothly and aside from the non-helpful "help", I am able to do what I need to do on my Android phone.

Easy to use, easy to see your bank account(s) and the amount you have but sometimes it can be slow to update. However depositing checks are easy to do through the app as well, so no complaints. Except when you get locked out, that can be annoying if you forgpt your password too many times. All in all, good banking app.

Update! Umpqua has recently restored the compatibility with older Android devices. Thank you for listening and being responsive to your customers! The app is overall very good, being user-friendly, simple, and responsive. Old review: Recently forced to update app. Apparently Umpqua decided my phone is obsolete (Galaxy S9). Not a single one of my other apps has done this. Can no longer make mobile deposit, as this feature isn't available on the website (despite a link showing the option).
