There appears to be an update that was made on this app, and I am no longer able to make mobile deposits. When I get to the stage of taking a picture of the back of the check, it goes right back to the login. I have tried multiple times over different days, contacted the bank and checked all the settings, including deleting and re-installing the app. No resolution, and I'm very frustrated.

Slow, basic and not very intuitive. 'send money with Zelle' gives me a blank screen. Transaction limits to external accounts/Zelle are imposed without an obvious way to find out what those limits are. So then I have to call Umpqua to get questions answered more than ANY other bank I have used. I get long hold times and conflicting info. Umpqua got a new logo but UX improvements are hard to spot.. if my mortgage wasn't with Umpqua I would not bank here at all.

Almost decent attempt. It fails to clear out by pressing the back symbol or swiping left on my Galaxy A14. Once there was a communication error and I had to go so far as the reboot my phone to get the glitch to clear. Needs some serious Beta testing before the Alpha is foisted on the unsuspecting customer. Looses brownie points for clunkiness and unreliability.
