Worked fine until update. Does not work any more. There is now no way for a customer to deposit checks if you don't buy a specific phone. Closed their physical locations near me. No website alternative. Umpqua has been a fine regional bank, so it's too bad, but will probably change banks to find something more flexible for customers, that works for everyone.

This thing really irritates me, sometimes it will be a few days behind on current balance. Which is mostly fine, except when I get errors quite often while trying to log in , when my name and password are pre-set in my phone, so I never have it to type it in, it's auto filled and never changes, and it tried to tell me "authentication error" or something.arrrhhhggg. you never know with this app.
