Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app for education. They delete any batch at any time and claim they have to discontinue it. There are so many technical glitches, and then they tell me to join a running batch where 5–6 weeks of lectures have already been covered. Furthermore, the support is terrible; they pick up the call only after three or more attempts.

I am very disappointed with Unacademy. I purchased the subscription, but now I want to cancel it. There is no refund policy, which is unfair to users. Every platform should have a reasonable refund policy, especially when someone cancels shortly after purchasing. Please consider my request, cancel my subscription, and refund my payment. I hope Unacademy improves its customer-friendly policies in the future.

Recently, I've seen that the app had an update which supports the Landscape mode lobby as well but there's one great defect I've seen in this update. When I start to watch a recorded class and leave before completing it for some reason, the next time I come to watch it, the class starts from the beginning instead of continuing from where I left unlike the previous version. Also, while watching a class, the screen locks automatically while a VIDEO is playing. Pls fix this, it's so inconvenient.
