DONT GET THIS APP! It is predatory and a complete scam. They told me I was on a 2 month free trial that i could cancel at the end. They didn't tell me it'd be $100 fee if I didn't pay for another month ($79) after I paid for another month, they added another month to avoid the fee (another $79). When I was finally able to return it, they never gave back my deposit or even acknowledged they received the scooter. The only way I know they have it is that it says I don't have any future payments.

BUYER/RIDER BEWARE ! Stay away from this company , at first glance it sounds like a great Idea . I thought I'd save $ but the frustration of trying to do business with a Bot just isn't worth it . From Day1 they had no idea if I was a customer or a potential customer , even in the App they were always trying to sell me on something I was already renting. I came in during a promo that offered 2 Free mos. , that's what caught my attention . I had to fight to get that . Mid month , 4 mos. in

Their latest firmware update has made it so you can not unlock the scooter to 20mph. They aren't offering refunds or have an update on when it'll be fixed. It's been 3 months.
