Slow since the update Since the app update, it's been ridiculously slow to load and use. Switching tabs/products, searches, accessing my cart- basically everything takes a minute or 2 to process. Not an efficient use of my time at all. I've had to start using the website from my desktop, which is equally inconvenient since the only time I'm at a desktop is at work. If possible, this app is even slower now after more use with the upgraded version. Sometimes, selections don't even load. Ever.
Shamefully slow You might as well walk to a store and buy what ever you need, and chances are their "weekly specials" page will still be loading when you get back. Same with ever other selection. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
I can log in but finding anything and adding it to my cart is tedious. Many of the links in the sidebar don't work and return a 404 error. Navigating through the app is also painfully slow. What normally takes 10-15 minutes took over an hour. The old app before the redesign worked much better. I'll be going back to the desktop version for now. No doubt this will affect sales as it's not as easy or convenient to order when you're on the go anymore.
Used to love it... But since the update (however pretty) it's almost unusable it's so slow. Sad because the service and products from Grocery Gateway are exceptional.
Slow but useful I find the app slower than the website, but if I enter each section and filter it for the sales it works well. The only downside is sometimes, when I allow subs, what I get is not similar enough, eg. Ordering ball park hot dogs and getting little weiners.
Slow and unusable Takes forever to load pages. Haven't ordered for weeks because it's so much of a hassle now.
