Having prizepicks and underdog for about 3 years now. If underdog wants to stay competitive with its main rival, they must do something real quick because prizepicks beats them with odds, discounts and a lot more alternative bets in pretty much any sport. Since NBA playoffs started, prizepicks has had 6-7 free picks, underdog 0. Dont waste your time on an app that doesn't care about its customers.

They will constantly change their odds in their favor when you make your selections and before you can hit submit. I would assume after countless times that this has happened to me and others (not live games) that the gaming commission would investigate. Not only that, they have no issues taking your money. However, when it's time to pay, you have to confirm an email first. Lastly, I've had to reach out on multiple occasions with funds that were never received on my end. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING

They just ruined the app. Updated the app and now the search function doesn't work at all. You type in names and it just says "we couldn't dig up any results". By the time you scroll through dozens of players you are looking for they are no longer available. Also the contact support option is automated and you don't actually get to contact support with app problems. Now half the time I submit entries it just thinks forever and they don't go through.
